- How much does an AI project cost for a small company?
- Most first engagements start with a fixed-price two-week pilot covering one workflow. That's deliberately small: it's enough to prove or disprove the value before you commit to anything larger. We quote the exact figure after the free call, once we know the workflow and the systems involved.
- Is our data safe, and what about GDPR and the EU AI Act?
- We default to EU-hosted models and providers with no-training-on-your-data terms, keep personal data out of prompts wherever the task allows, and document what is processed where. For most SME use cases — drafting, summarising, internal search — the EU AI Act obligations are limited, and we write down which category your use case falls into.
- We're only 15 people. Are we too small for this?
- No. Small teams often see the fastest payback, because one person doing three hours of repetitive document work a day is a bigger share of your capacity than it would be in a 5,000-person company. What matters is having one clearly repetitive, high-volume task — not headcount.
- Do we need to replace our current software?
- Almost never. We build on top of what you run today — your CRM, ERP, accounting system, e-mail and file storage — using their APIs. Replacing core systems is a separate decision, and if we think you need it we'll tell you rather than hide it inside an AI project.
- Do you work in Estonian?
- Yes. We work in Estonian and English, and we specifically test AI workflows on Estonian-language documents and correspondence — model quality in Estonian varies a lot by task, so it gets checked rather than assumed.
