AI for small business · Tallinn, Estonia

AI for small business, without the hype or the six-figure budget.

Koodi helps small and mid-sized companies in Estonia and across the EU find the two or three places where AI genuinely saves time or money — then build them properly, in weeks rather than quarters.

You're probably here because one of these sounds familiar

  • Your team is already pasting company data into consumer chatbots and nobody has agreed on the rules.
  • You've tried an AI tool, it demoed well, and then nothing changed in the actual workflow.
  • Quotes you've received talk about platforms and transformation, not about your invoices, offers or support queue.
  • You want to know what AI can realistically do for a 10–200 person company before spending real money.

What we actually do for small businesses

AI opportunity assessment

A short, focused review of your workflows. We interview the people doing the work, measure where the hours go, and come back with a ranked shortlist: what's worth automating with AI, what's better solved with a plain integration, and what to leave alone.

Document and email automation

Offers, invoices, contracts, tenders and inbound email are where most SMEs get their first real win. We build extraction and drafting workflows that plug into the tools you already use — and that a human still approves.

Internal assistants on your own data

A private assistant that answers from your handbooks, price lists, project history and product documentation, with sources shown. Hosted in the EU, no training on your data, access rules that match your org chart.

AI usage policy and guardrails

A one-page, readable policy your team will actually follow: which tools are approved, what data may never be pasted, who signs off on new use cases, and how it maps to GDPR and the EU AI Act.

How a first AI project runs

01

Free 30-minute call

You describe the bottleneck. We tell you honestly whether AI is the right tool — sometimes the answer is a script or a settings change, and we'll say so.

02

Two-week pilot

One workflow, fixed scope, fixed price. Running on your real data with your real team, measured against how long the task takes today.

03

Roll out or stop

If the pilot saves measurable time, we harden it, document it and hand it over. If it doesn't, you stop — with a clear report and no long-term contract.

Common questions

How much does an AI project cost for a small company?
Most first engagements start with a fixed-price two-week pilot covering one workflow. That's deliberately small: it's enough to prove or disprove the value before you commit to anything larger. We quote the exact figure after the free call, once we know the workflow and the systems involved.
Is our data safe, and what about GDPR and the EU AI Act?
We default to EU-hosted models and providers with no-training-on-your-data terms, keep personal data out of prompts wherever the task allows, and document what is processed where. For most SME use cases — drafting, summarising, internal search — the EU AI Act obligations are limited, and we write down which category your use case falls into.
We're only 15 people. Are we too small for this?
No. Small teams often see the fastest payback, because one person doing three hours of repetitive document work a day is a bigger share of your capacity than it would be in a 5,000-person company. What matters is having one clearly repetitive, high-volume task — not headcount.
Do we need to replace our current software?
Almost never. We build on top of what you run today — your CRM, ERP, accounting system, e-mail and file storage — using their APIs. Replacing core systems is a separate decision, and if we think you need it we'll tell you rather than hide it inside an AI project.
Do you work in Estonian?
Yes. We work in Estonian and English, and we specifically test AI workflows on Estonian-language documents and correspondence — model quality in Estonian varies a lot by task, so it gets checked rather than assumed.

Start with one workflow.

Tell us where your team loses the most hours each week. We'll tell you on the call whether AI is the right fix — free, and with no obligation to continue.
